A spacious non-smoking restaurant with pleasant seating and a capacity of 70 guests is located on the ground floor of the Hotel SENIMO. The restaurant is available for rent. We will be pleased to serve you in our outdoor garden when the weather is pleasant.  Tables can be arranged to suit your specific needs. We offer fine hearty meals; you can choose from our regular menu or try one of our daily specials.

Restaurant "at the top" - RESTAURANT SENIMO

The restaurant on the ground todays hotel Senimo  always has  been  called "On Top".

Although most people think that the name derives from the location of places, thus according at the top of the intersection of Pasteurova 
and Jeremenkova, not so. The former inn "at the top" considered on his  original frond shield illustrated white dog-spike!

At that time the word "Gast und Einkehrhaus zum Weissen  Spitz," we can translate as "Pub and Hostel The White spoke" ...

Why such a name was exactly chosen we will probably never know , but we can only however that the original owners behaved 
white spike, which became a landmark of his life which he began to be used as the name of the inn.

The local pub has  been always a popular of tourist place for local Olomouc population. Still in her mid-18th century the place
was demolished due to construction of the Olomouc fortress. In 1788, however, coaching inn was a  rebuilt again. In 1896 the 
house has been bought by the city of Olomouc and rebuilt it into the hotel with the name "Beauty Queen".

Equipment has always been to work as Inns. The first Republic adjacent to the largest slaughterhouses in Olomouc (The site
of today's department store Senimo) descended people from miles around. They brought cattle to the slaughter, and after work
went to the pub All well carry it out.

After November 1989,  a former slaughterhouse building and the inn "at the top" has been bought by Senica cooperative farm
in Hana. It is also today owner . From the slaughterhouse became the first post-November supermarket in Olomouc,  and a  
coaching inn in the crucial years 2007-2008 manner, and reconstructed from 1.7.2008 serves as a three star hotel and restaurant SENIMO.
